INITIAL PURCHASE OR OFFER :-
Buy It Now (BIN) – If the domain has a set price, you can click on the domain name or BIN price above and pay immediately at Afternic.
Make an Offer – You can submit an offer by clicking on the domain name, where you will be given the opportunity to “Make an Offer” at Afternic, which initiates a negotiation process with Brokered Domain, often assisted by an Afternic broker.
Lease to Own (LTO) – For certain domains, you may choose to pay in installments over a set period as indicated at Afternic (e.g., 12 months).
PAYMENT :-
Payment Methods: Afternic accepts bank transfers, wire transfers, and PayPal. Credit cards are generally not accepted for domain purchases.
Transaction Assurance: Once payment is made, Afternic’s Transaction Assurance team manages the transfer to ensure security.
DOMAIN TRANSFER :
Typically, the process takes around 5-7 days. Afternic’s support team works with the seller to push the domain to your account or provide an EPP/authorisation code for you to transfer it to your preferred registrar.
FINALISATION AND TRANSFER :-
Transfer Confirmation: Afternic notifies you once the seller has transferred the domain.
Account Setup: You will need to create an Afternic or GoDaddy account to receive the domain.
Change of Registrant: Afternic acts as a designated agent to facilitate the change of ownership (registrant) information, ensuring the domain is fully under your control.
